01Who is MasterSpas of West Michigan?
We are the local retail team for MasterSpas products, based at a factory-owned showroom in Grand Rapids. MasterSpas is the manufacturer; hot tubs and swim spas are assembled at its Fort Wayne, Indiana facility using U.S. and imported components. The showroom is a local place to explore products and get help with your purchase.
02Where is the showroom, and what areas do you serve?

    03What products can I explore?
Our product range includes MasterSpas hot tubs and swim spas, along with saunas and cold plunge tubs. Browse all products or explore the individual categories above.
04What is the difference between a hot tub and a swim spa?
A hot tub is designed primarily for seated soaking, while a swim spa combines a larger water space with a current for swimming or aquatic exercise, depending on the model. Footprint, access, use, and site preparation differ. Compare hot tubs and swim spas or talk with our team about what fits your space.
05Can I walk in, or do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during store hours; no appointment is required. Check the Grand Rapids page for current hours and directions before you visit.
06Can I try a model in the water?
Wet-test opportunities may be available for select models and are arranged on request. They are not part of every walk-in visit, so please call or text Sales before making a trip specifically to try a model.
07How do delivery and site preparation work?
Delivery planning depends on the model, your property, and access to the intended location. Site preparation and electrical requirements also vary. Review our delivery guide and installation information, then discuss your specific site with the team. Electrical work should be reviewed with a licensed electrician.
    08Can I ask about financing?
Yes. Our team can explain the current financing information and direct you to the relevant terms. Availability, eligibility, and terms depend on the financing provider and application. See financing details.
09Where can I find warranty and local service information?
Warranty coverage depends on the product and its terms. Start with our warranty information and contact local Service for help with a specific question. The Service phone number is listed below and on our showroom page.
10Can a spa be used through Michigan winters?
Many owners use their spa year-round, including in cold weather, but the right setup and care depend on the model, installation, and conditions. Follow the product guidance for cold-weather operation and ask us about your plans before purchase. Our maintenance resources cover ongoing care.
11Where can I learn about water care?
Water-care needs vary by system and usage. Use the product manual and care instructions for your model, and explore our maintenance guide and Master Clear salt system resource for more information.
